Oscar provided excellent service. It was an after-hours call and despite the late hour he was exceptionally thorough checking the system for problems well beyond the replacement of the malfunctioning pump. He took the time to make sure the new pump was working properly and even checked out the on-time hot water heater to make sure there were no additional problems. He was polite and friendly. I was impressed.
