This is the second time that Oscar Rodriguez, Jr, came to our house to address a plumbing issue. In both cases, he assessed the situation and recognized that other, related plumbing matters would soon become worse, requiring repair. I asked him to address the problem for which I called as well as the potential problem elsewhere in the plumbing. He was on time, identified the problems, both immediate and future, and suggested solutions--and performed the work quickly and left a very clean work site. Very happy with his response.
