Customers bedroom fan also was controlling living room fan once I change the controller on the living room fan to be on its own designated frequency. The issue was resolved once I told customer it would be a $69 service coffee. Customer was not happy and felt that he should not have to pay $69 due to the fact that the technician should have assessed this before leaving customer stated it’s a shame that you will lose customer over $69 which I replied do not worry we will waive it.
