Initial call is customer was without power upon arriving and inspecting electric. I was able to determine that customer has partial power and the issue was due to customer having a bad Phase which is originating on FPNL side I informed customer that they need to call FPNL which they did. I also informed customer and help them turn off AC water heater to not damage it and also made sure customer refrigerator was on the good phase so it would work properly.
