I found all the the employees that worked on installing my new unit to be exceptional. I didn’t get all their names, but mostly worked with Mason and maybe Alonzo. I was pleasantly surprised with the gift bag which put a smile on my face & the letter with the employee signatures. I had all my questions answered and Mason was quick to get my opinion, offer explanations, answer questions and ensured I clearly understood. They were well prepared & followed procedures to create as little mess as possible & cleaned up before they left each day. All seemed knowledgeable and worked together nicely. I was glad to offer a free service call to a friend & hope they too become customers. Obviously, I am quite pleased & happy to be cool again. Thank You!

I decided to call Sunny based on Google reviews. I could not be more satisfied with all the employees I’ve had dealings with! The guys installed a completely new HVAC system. The work they did was top notch! I’m a “hands on” kind of guy, so I typically do things myself.
