We just replace our two HVAC units with one 5 ton Lennox 20 seer unit. I was impressed with the great service and knowledge from start to finish. It started with Todd coming to give me a quote. He arrived at the time he said he would. He asked what issues I was having with my current unit, and what my expectations were with a new unit. He then took a tour of the house as we talked about the issues I was currently experiencing. He then calculated a heat load of the house (didn’t assume the current units were sized correctly for the house). He then explained what he thought would be the most efficient solution for the house. He answered all my question and was very honest not only in his words, but his actions. He did what he said he would do. At the end of the visit he said he would call when he sent the proposal and then wouldn’t bother me, but to call him if I had any questions. When I did have questions he was ver detailed in his answers with laymen’s terms. When it came time for install the crew of 4 led by Mason and Matt, were very professional. The arrive right on time. Shortly after their arrival Todd came to explain his design and what all was needing to be completed. The crew was extremely polite and even my dog approved (she never turns down attention). On multiple occasions either Mason or Matt would check with me on placement on things, such as vent locations. They would address me as sir and answered any questions I had. They were always wearing their masks, and practiced social distancing with me. They cleaned up everything both days and treated my home as if it were their own. Sunny service as a whole brought great value.

Todd worked with us to get us a good quote on a brand new system to replace the two old systems we had. The technicians came out less than a week later and got both old systems out and replaced it with a new one in only one business day. Mason and Alfonso were highly professional and very thorough with what they did! Mason explained everything to us and the house was left spotless when they were finished. All trashed was picked up outside and we had no problems. We are very pleased with Sunny Service and want to give a shoutout to Todd, Mason, and Alfonso! All three of you went above and beyond! House feels cooler than ever and is comfortable!

I found all the the employees that worked on installing my new unit to be exceptional. I didn’t get all their names, but mostly worked with Mason and maybe Alonzo. I was pleasantly surprised with the gift bag which put a smile on my face & the letter with the employee signatures. I had all my questions answered and Mason was quick to get my opinion, offer explanations, answer questions and ensured I clearly understood. They were well prepared & followed procedures to create as little mess as possible & cleaned up before they left each day. All seemed knowledgeable and worked together nicely.
