This was our first time using superior and it was a great experience. I am not a pro on AC units but know more then most on what is needed. Chris was our technician and showed us the details from the testing. He made educated suggestions but was never pushy. It felt like a friend was helping us make sure we were ready for the summer heat. We live full time in Charlotte and wish Superior was available in N.C. I can not find a company up here that can compete with their professionalism and price.
