Chris did not give up until in his mind he found reason or what make sense as to why our new heat pump was running longer than it should (ie thermostat had incorrect orginal setup unit main item it was programmed as a commercial unit vs a resi) plus broken/faulty connector in control circuit that caused heat strip to be on when it was not needed.
