On arrival found zone damper 1 and 3 stuck open .also found zone 3 damper motor not accessible,therefore ; the zone motor and damper(19x9) need to be relocated to an accessible location.unit is operating normal but zone 1 and 3 are stuck open .

I replaced the 30uf run capacitor and cycled the unit to test for normal operation. U had recorded a “comp monitor” fault but started up perfectly normal after part was replaced. Customer is to keep an eye out for if it occurs again.

See previous dispatch for notes in plumbing repair. I tried to call the office to see if there were separate dispatches for this customer but as it was 4:30 no one answered. Customer approved the repair to patch leaking water pipe. A plumber needs to return to fix. See notes, pictures and part order form completed on previous dispatch.

Customer recently replaced the air filter. Coil is very clean. I cleaned the condensate pan and drain lines and ran hot water to flush the debris and to check for proper drainage without leaks. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification except for the voltage absorption system for the compressor. I alerted the customer to this. I operated the unit on second stage cooling mode and confirmed proper flow rate and heat of rejection. I recorded 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. I pressurized the ground loop to 65 psi. Unit is operating normal. Customer approved replacement of voltage absorption system but unfortunately I do not have a replacement in this van. I filled in a part order form just to make sure whomever returns has a 30uf W.F. capacitor. In regards to the plumbing repair. Customer had already opened up the ceiling area to expose the leaking pipe. It’s .5” copper and about 2 feet need to be cut out and sweate

Upon arrival I went to system and found 0 FP2 faults since last service, 2/22/19. Replaced FP2 sensor per Water Furnace. Returned power to system and ran heat. Checked parameters and found no problem. Refrigerant and Loop pressures and temps are in spec. Verified proper operation by checked specs with install manual. Unit operating normal at this time. Uploaded Aid Tool screenshots of FP Sensor values and Refrigerant values for future use if needed.

On arrival found system operating normal but had locked out on fp2 ,5 times .checked fp2 ok at this time .possiblity of intermittent problem .need to replace fp2 sensor .unit is operating normal at this time

Upon arrival customer said he has been getting FP2 faults since installation, mostly when it is very cold outside. Customer had another company come out and they found the water flow pipes were backwards and also that one of the 2 flow center pumps weren’t wired to run. During diagnostics I found that the loop pipes were in fact backwards. In and out are reversed at flow center. Then I found variable speed pump running but fixed speed pump not, fixed speed pump wasn’t wired to terminal block. Spoke to Alex and he approved repairing system under warranty. Swapped water flow lines at the unit. Had to shut off flow center and remove water. After switching I added the water I lost then purged the air from the outside while slowly opening the in side. Pushed all air out then pressurized again. Made sure all air was out of lines and pump. Wired fixed speed pump then checked for leaks, none found. Powered up system and ran heat. Ent 50°, Lvg 44°, Ent 29psi, Lvg 22psi, Suct 111psi, Disc
