Upon arrival I was shown office suite on 2nd floor. Was also shown roof access and furnace room. Ac was being called for at thermostat, went to roof and found no high voltage. Reset breaker in media room and went back to system, found no high voltage again. Went back to breaker and it was tripped. Reset but kept disconnect off. Turned disconnect on and compressor was grinding very loudly. Put gauges on and found only 30psi static pressure. Compressor needs to be replaced and unit needs to be leak searched and repaired. System is dated from 89 so I’m suggesting unit be replaced, R22 refrigerant is currently being phased out.
