On arrival removed defective flame sensor and igniter .i then installed new igniter and new flame sensor .system operating normal
On arrival found unit operating normal,checked system operation and found flame sensor is bad measuring 0.3 ua and fluctuating.also noticed igniter has turned gray which is a sign of failure.customer paid half and scheduled for tomorrow due to parts I have couldn't fit her furnace .
Fall pm on 12/10/ 19 On arrival I sanded the flame rectification probe and checked burner arrangement the ignitor homes out to be in good condition checked all other electrical connections set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain checked filter unit air filter needs to be replaced on time checked blower motor checked all other electrical connections checked temp rise DT 47 made for 35-65 unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended Evaporator coil pan replacement Uv lights installation and DUCT Cleaning also Wet switch installation to avoid future problems.
Fall pm on 12/05/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain checked air filter and replaced checked compressor capacitor checked coil checked blower motor checked EWP and LWP it was low pump it back up to 55/49 psi checked water temp checked all other electrical connections unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended UV lights installation and single or hole house surge protector also wet switch installation to avoid future problems.
** 8-12 complete semi annual maintenance scheduled 5/20 Spring Pm On 05/22/19 On arrival set unit to call for cooling measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked filter and replaced checked water pressure and temp checked compressor capacitor checked all other electrical connections unit operating normal at this time. Highly recommended to INSTALLATION SUPPLY TRUNK I found the blower housing is rusted I attached pictures to history i suggested to do ASAP to avoid future problems.
Service call on 04/20/19 On arrival set unit to call for cooling measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain is clogged I gave quote for customer accepted shoot nitrogen and cleaned vacuum with vacuum pumps also customer have another problem with Evaporator coil and the cabinet has some small hole is draping water tray to fixing is not fixed bc the water looking another way to out I tapped with duct tape is kind of stopped but is temporary fixing customer has to replaced the coil cabinets. Customer sign new service agreement Unit tested unit operating normal at this time collected $240.47 for condenser drain cleaning and $16.66 1 month new service agreement total $257.21 with check ##713
