Technician was very competent, helpful, and polite. Remainder of company was arrogant and overpriced. When I called for service and explained that this was a warrantee problem and some pre-coordination was required they ignored me and forced the technician to spend 3 hours to arrange the warrantee exchange after he arrived. The price for removal and replacement of an electric water heater was just under $2000. When I questioned the price I was told by a manager that this was a 2 man job that would take 4 hours and that is why the cost was so high. The actual job only required one technician except for a second individual who was here for 20 minutes to assist the plumber placing the heater in place. The job was completed in a professional manner and the new heater appears to work well, but the experience left me feeling ripped off.
