We received service from a very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable service representative. Our only comment to improve service was when we called in in the middle of the night due to odd and loud noise from heating unit, it would have been helpful to have someone on the line who could tell us what to do, was it important to shutdown the equipment, if so, how, or could we leave it running until a service representative arrived.

On arrival found system operating normal .found the energy monitor not displayed on the thermostat.i added it .also explained to customer that aux won't come if the aux locked on certain temp .recommeded surge protector for the whole house due to customer lost power while I was at the sight . Unit operating normal. Warrantied per Collin
