I had to have my water heater replaced due to leakage which meant that I didn't have any hot water and it's winter here in Maryland where I live. I received Excellent/speedy service from all of the office personnel I spoke with as well as from Colin Theis, the technician, who installed the new water heater along with his helper. Colin was so personable, answered all of my questions and stayed hours beyond the norm to ensure the installation was done properly and there were no leaks in the new piping/fittings he installed. I will certainly use Supreme Service Today in the future.

Tom, the technician, did an "excellent" job assessing the situation and documenting all the details for installing the new water heater. I hope he is able to come back and do the actual installation of the new water heater. The cost for the new tank is higher than I expected, though.
