On arrival found system not operating normal ,found blower motor stuck and overamping .also found capacitor below manufacturer specs.also found igniter showing some signs of failure .unit is 15 years old .
Replace water heater and add expansion tank
On arrival found circuit board is bad , replaced circuit board check unit . Unit is operating normal
On arrival removed defective circuit board ,bad Contactor and weak cap .i then installed new circuit board,new Contactor and new cap .tested system .unit operating normal at this time
Once I arrived customer informed me that unit is back on normal .checked unit again ,checked pressure ,sensors,no fault on .customer is going to monitor the low volts .recommended changing circuit board .but not 100 % sure if that would fix the problem .unit operating normal .

On arrival found indoor unit operating normal but outside was not.found bad cap.replaced it .checked charge .unit operating normal at this time
On arrival found system not operating.found bad circuit board which wasn't putting out 24v,also found bad Contactor and below manufacturer spec cap.unit is operating at this time but could stop at any moment. Customer paid half
