Up on arrival performed operational inspection. Changed all filters, checked all electrical components and bets. Found air handler # 2 bad blower motor. Condenser #1 weak capacitor. Tested all units, all units working good at this except air handler #2 ( shut off at disconnect for safety purposes)
Upon arrival I got unit info then went to supply house for filters and belts. Came back and performed maintenece. Replaced all filters and belts. Inspected coils and blowers. Cleaned out drains. Checked capacitors and contactors. Ran heat on all units. Found Split System 4 Blower humming and not running. Found blower wheel broken and keeping motor from spinning. Blower motor is extremely hot and non operational so I shut off power to unit. Informed customer of problem. Quoting customer to replace entire blower assembly and run cap.
