We were informed our builder did not install our kitchen sink according to proper code. The original bracket that was installed is not secure and needs to be restructured to properly align the kitchen sink within the countertop. This is the reason our sink fell through the countertop. The Supreme Air plumber was able to identify the the discrepancies with enough information for us to return to the home builder to make the adjustments.

Main water replacement on one inch. Main will pull from inside to meter. It’s 1†main line. Will replace the one ball valve on incoming service just to bring it all new to the main water shut off inside for no future problems.will dig a 6x4 whole in the front yard and will pull the new service in. Will return after job to seed and straw once back fill is complete.
Upon arrival indoor system operating normal, inspection of outdoor unit found run capacitor failure. Rated 35/5 actual 4.57/4.9. Customer approved capacitor replacement, replacement to be covered entirely under warranty. With new capacitor system operating normal, 21 degree TD on indoor and 15 degree TD on outdoor.

I replaced the air filter with one provided by the customer. Indoor and outdoor coils are clean. I noticed that the ductwork needs to be cleaned and sanitized. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. I cleaned the condensate pan and drain lines and ran hot water to flush the debris and to check for proper drainage without leaks. I recommend adding a wet switch or other condensate overflow safety device. I operated the unit on cooling mode and recorded 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. I checked refrigerant pressures and they were normal. Unit operating normal.
