Arrived onsite to inspect 3 units in heat test mode to verify proper operation. Inspected all units exchangers and gas trains for proper firing. Inspected all electrical connections for electric heat. Inspected compressors in heat test mode and verified proper amp draw. Found units to be running properly. Customer does not have uv cleaner or ez drips in units suggested that they have installed. Job complete office sending quote.
Fall pm on 09/27/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked air filter cleaned. checked compressor capacitor checked coil checked blower motor checked EWP and LWP checked water temp checked all other electrical connections unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended single or hole house surge protector and Uv lights I gave quote for customer to install Uv lights and single unit surge protector also customer got special discount by Alex customer accepted the quote install ne blue tube uv lights and single unit surge protector rewire high voltage and low voltage wires checked all other electrical connections tested start up both equipment green lights on I showed the customer what I done checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps unit operating normal at this time Collected $202 for single surge protector and $332 for install new uv
Service call on 07/02/19 On arrival customer explained to me one of the units is tripped the breaker over and over I set the all units to call for cooling customer has 3 units I found 1 of the units is buzzing checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps I found bad contactor also the capacitor riding is low I gave quote for customer to repair the contactor and repair the capacitor with hard start kit to avoid future problems customer accepted I replaced contactor and capacitor with hard start kit but the compressor is comes on not the fan I checked the fan I found the fan motor is bad I explained the customer and I gave her a quote for to repair contactor & capacitor with hard start kit also blower motor with blower blade also explained the customer the unit is 16 years old also never service also the unit is taking $R22 to make it work is not worth it she is agree with me she wont to replace the unit I gave a customer quote she will call us after she talk to the homeowner
