More than I expected

I took their service for regular AC check up. The service guy was professional, took his time to check everything, explained to me the current condition of my AC. He cleaned up the dust accumulated on the outside AC fan. Very impressed with the quality of work and will use them again.

Upon arrival customer showed me condensate line that exits furnace is leaking. Pulled on pvc 90 and it came right out of grommet. Cut off 90 to find adapter was installed backwards and short end cannot be clamped because it isn’t long enough. Used extra drain cpvc that was left over to connect to grommet, slid pipe in enough so it could be clamped, then used pvc 45 to connect to drain line. System isn’t leaking anymore but drain configuration isn’t right, we need correct fitting for pvc 90 to connect to furnace drain.

When I arrive customer told me this job and can be difficult to light the pilot on the furnace it can take up to 2 to 3 hours to do so I began to follow the steps to light the pilot on the furnace pilot will not light but will light on the word set but the flame will go back out again I was unsuccessful of lighting the pilot on the furnace. I gave customer two options of replacing gas valve and igniter and orifice. Customer is going to get a company to fill her propane tanks up to take a look at it if they can’t get a light she’s thinking about getting furnace replace this happens twice a year.
