Chris educated me about certain things that I never knew about I was very delighted to learn beans and one oxygen and it’s very important to me to have air-conditioning explain to be a preventive options and he also inspected a problem in the bathroom with condensation has created some type of growth of mold or Algee Explained it is not caused by the air conditioner and has not affected anything in the ducks it is the exhaust system I was very grateful to learn

Swift Services HVAC, Myrtle Beach, SC

On October 12th, I determined my air conditioning had failed. I have a maintenance contract with Swift so I called Swift and they dispatched a technician, David Smith, the following day. He quickly determined the cause - refrigerant leak. We discussed options & costs either to repair the system or purchase a new one. I went with the new system option. Smith was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Smith arranged for my wife and I to meet a Swift sales associate, Ms. Allison St. Clair, the same day. Ms. St. Clair covered all financing options, available system recommendations, and installation issues. As far as I'm concerned, Ms. St. Clair is one of the best sales associates that I've ever dealt with. Smart, knows her business, presents information intelligently, and patient with questions. She's a great representative for her company. She must be so since I purchased a $9,000.00 system from Swift. They had it installed in less than 8 hours on October 14th.

Drain backed up again. Drain does go into community drain. Cleared what I could on our end. Clients will need hoa to have them clear community drain as to its dry as a bone. Meaning it’s not draining at all. At some point we may want to redo drain and add a vent for us to have better clearance to clear and blow drain from condo.
