Very thorough service. Our repairman was very knowledgeable, provided great customer service and did a thorough and professional job.
Tech was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable but I was very disappointed that he didn’t have the correct size filters in his truck. I now have to go out and buy them myself...whenever it becomes safe to do so.
Approved replacement for next Tuesday
Swift Services attempted this morning to perform a maintenance Tune Up for a homeowner. The maintenance technician found that the equipment was freezing up and could not complete the maintenance. When I arrived the system had thawed and upon inspecting the evaporator “case†coil, it was determined to be defective. The homeowner was informed that the builder may have offered an extended parts warranty on the system and therefore we could perform the coil replacement for only the cost of labor and refrigerant. Attached is a detailed cost estimate listing the steps of the coil changeout procedure.
Installed a blue tube UV light.
Found system inside running with a brand new air filter. system outside out on pressure switch lockout reset system is up and running. Pressures are good with in range on subcooling. 13 required 14.4 is actual. Pic of pressures will eventually attached.
Corrected installation warranty issues such as dialing in the refrigerant charge and adjusted the blower settings for ideal air flow based the equipment size. Inspected all field braze joints with spray bubbles.
Will check system again on the next tune up.
Tenant Will call to reschedule.

Swift Services responded to a service call with reports that the air conditioning was falling behind in a home when the set point would be set below 73°f. Going back through the history with the equipment we acknowledged that a previous technician intended to return to monitor the refrigerant charge and did not; therefore in coordination with management we performed an electronic leak search this afternoon at no charge to the homeowner. Ultimately we found that the evaporator responded to the leak detector, and though we don’t know the rate at which refrigerant is escaping, I had hits in the high and medium sensitivity. I then discussed the options with the homeowners; we concluded that for now they would add about a pound of refrigerant to correct the Subcool value.
Quoted duct clean for 10 supply runs and one return. For 480.00 even. This is good for 60 days. Also installed blue tube kit for air purification. On the blue light special.
