Another day without AC after new instal

Last fix lasted about 1 hour. So far this one is on 10 hours and working. All say bad install a month ago. Ask for someone to come out in daytime and fix correctly all you get is no need it’s fixed. Each tech is very nice gets it running but only for a while

Found system satisfied at 76 degrees. Checked overall operation of system running normally at this time. Found insulation inside ptrap potentially causing drain problems. Covered vent so no more insulation could access drain.

Upon arrival found system calling in cooling, Air handler running and outdoor unit not running due to pulled disconnect. Inserted disconnect and checked pressures. Found pressures low , added 410a until system reached 3 degrees subcooling which is designed for this unit. After correcting charge checked delta t and it’s 19 degrees. Warranty service no charge. Left tstat on 74 degrees.

Found tstat fan in the on position is why Air handler was staying on constantly. Switched fan to auto position and system is running properly at this time. Also found Lennox comfort thermostat not connected to customers WiFi causing an error code, reconnected tstat to WiFi. Customer also complained that sons bedroom never cools properly, upon investigation found that one supply vent has no flex connection. No charge warranty.

Found system low in 410a. Charged system up to 5 degrees subcooling. Advised customer to monitor comfort level, (after allowing 24 hours for system to catch up). When and if system starts to not cool call us ASAP so we can perform a thorough leak search. Warranty service no charge.
