Changed speed tap from t6 high speed to t4 low speed and checked supply air which is 60° ok. Customer satisfied says unit is much quieter.

Checked unit, found air handler disassembled. Replaced missing capacitor to get blower working. Found motor and board bad, bypassed board temporarily to get up and running. After startup, discovered unit is out of refrigerant and leaking at evap coil. Need to replace system.

Found the air flow issue evap coil is clogged so when ever system starts to produce cold refrigerant and condensation the micro channel coil freezes and then everything all the way out to the compressor. The unit has corrosion issues due to storm flood. On top of that the condenser coils are micro channel as well and they are clogged causing high head pressures that will be the cause of compressor failure. The coils can only be cleaned by water but the flood water corrosion will not come off so coils will need replacing but they will have no wty as storm damaged units are void of wty. Even cleaning coils with solvent will void wty if wty is even applicable.
