The men did a great job when they came out. And, everyone in the office that I talked with was friendly and helpful. However, the scheduling of the appointments part of the service left something to be desired as the times weren’t what I was told when we scheduled them a month prior. I realize your company can only give an estimate of time of service, but would like to see your company work on the scheduling component or explaining it better. Otherwise, service was excellent.
Have a 27 year old Trane that was with the house I just bought. Two months into the house and began having problems with the unit. Called Swift for a service and Brock came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. Rather than repairing a 27 year old unit, I had him price a new unit. He obtained the quote and set up an installation for the next day. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Found system low on charge git pressures up with 410a leak searched, found leaking evaporator coil. Also found faulty condensation pump. House is extremely low trench’s dug under duct work to access air handler.

Cleaned and serviced Goodman gas pack. Pressures checked good. Heat would not fire due to pressure switch not closing replaced pressure switch and unit began heating properly. Leaned evaporator coil and condenser coil. Cleared drain pan and drain line. Customer has two 6 inch runs down one in master bathroom one in living room. Quoted to repair runs.
