Upon arrival I greeted the customer and started my work. I first inspected the air filter witch looked good I then put the system in cool mode and started my inspection up in the attic. I found all the electrical to be in good working order and the indoor fan motor to be pulling the correct amount of amps. I also sprayed coil cleaner on the coil, and dropped algiside tablits in the pan. After that I cheked the delta T (20 degree) and also tested the float switch. After my inspection I Made my way to the condenser where I finished up my maintenance. I first cheked pressures and pressures were good I then checked out the electrical pan all. Every thing seems to be normal but the contactr is starting to look pitted. Out door cap manufacturing specs 45/10 actual is 45/9.5. I also cleared out the drains. System is operating normally at this time.

Arrived to perform maintenance on clients units. Sprayed and added algicide tablets to coils to help kill bacteria and break down any sludge that may be in the drain line. There is no water in the pan. Tested safety switches and they are working the way that they should. Air going in vs going out is(53 degrees and 71degrees) which the Td is 18. Changed filter for client (20x30). Vacuumed drain and drain is draining great. Tested 40/5 dual run capacitor:(44.8/4.66). Checked refrigerant levels and they are where they need to be. All wires are tight and in good shape. At this time system is functioning properly.

Home owner was stated the system was not running. On arrival I found the thermostat set to HEAT 71° with an indoor temp of 74°. Raised the desired temp above the room temp and the system started properly. Tested cool and explained how to avoid the EmHeat setting. Replaced air filter and cleaned the return grill.
