Completed tune up on furnace, no water in pan, tested safety switches. Burners were working properly, home is being provided with 127 degrees, tested capacitor, clean the condenser and waxed outside unit. Inspected low and high voltage wiring. All wires are tight and in good shape and getting the correct amperage. At this time system is functioning properly.

Swift services came out to perform a warranty repair of the zone board, secondary float switch, and upstairs thermostat. After installing all of these components they were tested to ensure that the heat pump system could take advantage of both heat stages and the theirs auxiliary/emergency heat stage. Both zones are fully functional and can operate independent of each other. No charge per the parts and labor warranty.

Performed second Tune-Up of the Silver Service agreement. Discussed with the homeowner that they currently do not have any “float switches” or overflow protection in the attic. The homeowner decline the device installation today, but wanted it noted that they will have one installed at the spring check-up. We also discussed renewing the service agreement which he also elected to have done in the spring.
