We arrived at the customers home performed preventative maintenance and checked overall system operation we have cleaned out the drain inside and out checked pressures temperatures amp draws and all electrical Connections and components and they have all checked out system is operating properly at this time without any problems
Perform maintenance for client indoor coil is very corroded client electric bill is starting to raise you know deficiency is becoming less efficient. Offered coil cleaning and IAQ To eliminate stinky sock syndrome suggested system replacement due to age and condition all functions are operating at this time but advised customer there will be failures in the future or consistent higher electric bills

Unit has zero PSI in refrigerant. Bone dry. Indoor blower wheel is very dirty and u it contains. Growth. Client is very upset technician 30 days ago says all operations are working refrigerant levels are fine Visual inspection could not find any oil Client is calling office tomorrow
Client tried to install thermostat himself wired improperly blew fuse under the home. Spoke to client about upgrading unit due to size of home, electric bill and comfort level. System low on Freon Client wanted to top off the unit. System was 3 lbs low on 410A refrigerant Client wants to wait until spring for system change but hunter is coming out now to quote the equipment.
Replaced high pressure switch installed on high side gauge port with a Tee attachment. Started system. It’s operating at this time Paid with check 350$ check number 1152
