I arrived at the customers home customer has explained the concern with the outdoor unit not working after checking and inspecting the customer system I found the outdoor unit not coming on due to a bad capacitor I have replaced the capacitor checked and tested system operation after system was running system is now operating properly at this time without any problems customer has signed up for the silver cool club maintenance agreement and will call in at a later time to schedule his first maintenance.
