Wait and see if the compressor lasts

No problem with the technician. Disappointed in the product! Compressor should last more than 4 years!!!!

all worked out . communication was in place means alot.

Clay Boatwright worked with me well as we had return following day after gen inspection and as problem turned out intermittent it got solved following day threw communication.

Best service ever!!!

When arriving in town, I soon found out that I had no air, I called swift- it was early evening hours, I was told who would return my call , not only did that happen but help came the same evening, not the next day- you talk about great service!!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Paul was not only pleasant he was full of knowledge and very patient with all my questions!!!

Came home from Connecticut to no air conditioning on Thursday night. Called Swift on Friday morning. Fixed on Friday night at 7pm . Clay was fantastic

Found home feeling very humid. Found fan setting to on home owner changed to auto. Found fan cfms set too high adjusted to a1000 from 1150 cfms lowered split and increased the condensation out of system.

Checked system, found no issues with ductwork. Main damper is sweating, needs insulated or removed. System is low in Freon, leaking at evap coil. Client will let us know how he wants to proceed.

Found system off due to energized float switch caused by the main drain in wall being covered outside by dirt. Building maintenance needs to uncover drain opening and unclog building drain. Spoke with mr and mrs Overton who are going to contact building maintenance.

Found system running satisfied at 72 degrees. Turned temperature down to 60 degrees and checked pressures which were 100/400. Subcooling was 30 degrees which indicates over charge. Corrected charge pressures now at 94/330 with 10 degrees subcooling. Supply air in both classrooms are at 52 degrees. Ok to bill per Emilie.
