VERY BAD company to use

Too expensive for what you get. A lot of lip service to how good they are, but not 1/3rd as good as they represent. No follow up to problems they create. Did a half ass on installation. I have pictures and a statement from another company to back up my claims. I would not recommend their company to anyone!

Semi-Annual Maintenance Inspection

Joseph Esposito did a thorough inspection of my overall HVAC system (including the indoor and outdoor units of both systems) and changed out both of my filters. He also investigated an intermittent issue I experienced with one of my units a few weeks ago.

Performed maintenance. Unit and components are operating properly within manufacturers specs with no issues at this time. *Reattached dryer vent, quoted and performed dryer vent cleaning. Only charged for dryer vent cleaning since repair was very simple and no materials were used, client supplied hose clamp for vent repair. *

Thermostat reading no power to red due to water in safety switch. Main drain clogged up. Vacuumed and flushed both drains. System is now draining and running properly. Sending estimate for uv light to help with growth in system.

Completed tune up. Cleared drain, cleaned inside of cabinet and wires. Tested capacitor, and checked contactor for Pitting. Checked pressures and tightened caps. Scheduled a dryer vent cleaning for her. She is missing low voltage conduit clamps for both units and wanted to have it noted in her invoice about it for future plans with the house. All systems running properly.

Maintenance notes I arrived at the customers home and I have performed annual preventative maintenance on the customer system. I’ve cleaned the unit and checked system operation i’ve checked pressures temperatures cleaned out the drain line customer has recently replaced the filters in the home thermostat is operating properly also checked all electrical connections and components and everything has checked out perfectly. system is operating properly at this time without any problems.

Completed tune up. Customer decided to upgrade to SSA today. Replaced her up bulb, cleaned coils and cleared drain. Dropped a drain clean tablet in. Checked capacitor compressor side and fan side reading the correct ratings. No burn or Pitt marks on contactor. No loose wires or connections. Pressures stable and in range for outdoor ambient temperature. All systems running properly at this time.

I arrived at The campground to inspect the mini split unit was not a mini split but a P-tec unit Low on refrigerant and freezing up it would cost more to repair the unit than it would to replace it with a new one we recommend the campground management just to replace the unit on their own campground management will have to call In and pay the $39 service call fee I was unable to collect payment on site due to management being in a meeting and not knowing when they would get out per Dave.
