The Tech knows what he is doing. I only have one problem. The scheduling is hard. I like to keep the same tech since he knows what he's doing. So does everyone else I guess.

Hi Robert, glad to hear the Technician did a great job servicing your HVAC. As we enter the busy season the schedule does fill up, it is even harder to fit those in who have a favorite technician. We understand once you have had one that you love you want to stick with them we like that too because they are more familiar with your system. My recommendation would be to have your Tune-ups during the slower time (March/April or October/November) so it would be quicker to get the specific technician out there!
