Paul Horner was at my home Today as the Swift Hearing A/C service rep who completed a Maintenance service on my HVAC system. I was so impressed with his service and his people skills. He sent a text announcing that he was on his way. He also took the time to call me to give me a detailed report on what he did and what items should be a focal point for my future. I am most satisfied with the service Swift has provided me in the last year since contracting them to provide maintenance for a home that 12 hours drive from my residence. They have initiated the service appointments on the last two occasions and today told me that they will call me as the next 6 month service appointment is due. This is impressive to me because I prepaid for a two year contract and was warned by a neighbor that I’d never hear from them again. My neighbor was wrong! Thank you, SWIFT!

Gas part of system has never been started. Had to cut on the gas vaule inside of unit and bleed the air out of the gas lines . Started up system running good nice blue flames.working good at this time.

Arrived to perform maintenance on clients units. Sprayed and added algicide tablets to coils to help kill bacteria and break down any sludge that may be in the drain line. There is no water in the safety Ss2 switch. Tested safety switch and it is working the way that it should. Uv light is functioning well. Home is being supplied by 143 degrees. Replaced filter for client. (20x25). Tested 35/5 dual run capacitor:(35/4.86). Checked refrigerant levels and they are where they need to be. Tested unit in defrost most and it did its job going into defrost. All wires are tight and in good shape. At this time system is getting the correct amperage and functioning properly.

Cleared primary drain. Overflow pan is empty. Tested SS2 and pan float switch. Suggest UV light system.

Arrived to clients home to perform a service. Unit is not running outside and warming home. Through my search I found the blower motor to not function properly. It is getting all the correct voltage that it should be getting. Even when the thermostat is set to fan on for the blower to spin, it is not spinning. Outdoor unit turns on then off because of the blower not running, heat strips turn on. Error code 201. Checked all wiring and they were all tight. Will have to return to replace blower motor.
