Great service, beyond what I expected.

Paul arrived on time. He was polite, courteous, respectful and efficient. (He definitely knows his field.) I believe he went beyond what might have been expected of him, perhaps because I'm a senior??? But he probably renders the same level of service to everyone, regardless of age.
