Technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have a very old unit and I will request him in the future when I need to replace my furnace and AC unit. He helped me get it up and running for the time being. I appreciate the fact that he came so quickly to my home as it was the same day as I called. My technician was also very friendly which I really appreciated. I felt he was honest. He worked quickly to asess the problem and explain everything to me. He was very thorough in the process. I am very pleased with the service.

I had what turned out to be a very minor problem, but Swiss Air acted very ptomptly. I called at 8:45 in the morning and the tech was at my door by 9:45 am. He assessed the situation and my issue with the heating system was cleared up in 10 minutes. I am relieved that the problem is taken care of and I am ready for the rest of the day with this taken care of Thank you Swiss Air!

We were referred to Swiss Air on a very cold night when we found our heat was not working when we arrived home. Swiss Air was awesome! Their technician Ted came out late and was very happy to help us in the situation. Another technician came out the following day to complete the repair. They called ahead and were here when they said they would arrive. Can't thank Swiss Air enough for assisting us in this difficult weather.

We have used Swiss Air for over 15 years. They have replaced 2 furnaces for us and they absolutely stand behind their slogan of....."IT'S FIXED RIGHT OR IT'S FREE". We had an issue with one 'expensive' repair, It took several service calls to get the mystery solved, and we were only charged for the cost of the actual repair that fixed the problem which was less expensive than originally suggested. The service people are extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and curteous. They treat my home as if it were their own including being nice to the dog and donning white shoe covers before entering the house.
