Technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have a very old unit and I will request him in the future when I need to replace my furnace and AC unit. He helped me get it up and running for the time being. I appreciate the fact that he came so quickly to my home as it was the same day as I called. My technician was also very friendly which I really appreciated. I felt he was honest. He worked quickly to asess the problem and explain everything to me. He was very thorough in the process. I had what turned out to be a very minor problem, but Swiss Air acted very ptomptly. I called at 8:45 in the morning and the tech was at my door by 9:45 am. He assessed the situation and my issue with the heating system was cleared up in 10 minutes. I am relieved that the problem is taken care of and I am ready for the rest of the day with this taken care of Thank you Swiss Air!

Swiss Air Heating & Cooling came out and evaluated our furnace problems. They ran the numbers of the fan units and determined the units were still under warranty. This alone saved us a lot of money. Overall, a 5-star plus! They also have a very affordable maintenance program where they check up on your furnace/air conditioner during the year.
