Chris came out for a Warranty Service call from TDH Mechanical for my high capacity heater. And he immediately knew what the issue was and how to get to resolution. He knew exactly how to solve the cause of the leak and resolved it with simplicity and with full communication and clarity. He fixed the issue making it look like brand new. He also gave me advice for how to shut it down for summer time snd the maintenance items associated with the unit. These guys know how to be personable, resolve issues, and keep it functional. Also, very customer centric on their approach. Tim and Jackie run a great business here. Will be doing business with them for a long time......their employees are also long term and stay with them.

Had no heat yesterday evening till this morning. Texted with TDH Mechanical first thing in the morning and within 2 hours Kris from TDH is at my door. He helped diagnose the issue and recommended to go with a new furnace as mine is 25 years old now. He provided me the different options and estimates for them and let me make the decision. He was not selling me anything, but provided me with facts and why the heat would stop in between.
