Firstly, there is consistency. TDH techs are all good. But having the same one for 15 years is outstanding. Wally has installed our furnace, tankless hot water system, radiant heating in floor and ceiling. Secondly, the work Wally performs not only is outstanding but the details in laying out the radiant system is a thing of beauty. Shows the care that TDH puts into their service. Thirdly, is consulting on complex projects - TDH (Tim and Wally) did great work in consulting on the design. Few in Chicago would even quote on our needs for a tankless hot water and radiant heating. All of the recommendations worked out perfectly. For service Jacquie is always responsive - and on the few times over the years we’ve needed service she has been fast and very communicative. Highly recommend TDH for any HVAC needs.

Great experience with installation of a new multi-zone mini split system (with lines on brick work in a tight space) and water heater. Work was done super clean with basically no debris, and looks super clean and professionally installed. Was super understanding of working with animals in the house. Also went the extra mile in installation without being asked to (but did prompt to confirm), for things like lifting the water heater to drain it, cleaning up existing water lines, and adding air redirection on top of the neighbors outdoor AC to make sure the air doesn't get trapped under the deck. You do pay a bit more for the service, but it's worth it to pay a little more up front to not have to worry about it for the next couple of decades.

Wally and Jesus at TDH spent three days installing coils and condensers for central air conditioning in the front apartments of our 1880s building. They solved some tricky spatial and technical issues along the way. The price was more than reasonable and the best of the quotes we received. The office staff even sent someone to pick up a check when my bank fouled up the final payment. Highly recommend from bidding process to installation and accounting.
