Ken seemed to be very experienced. Only drawback was having to ask him to put covers on his shoes so he would not get our floors dirty. He didn't seem very happy about doing that, but I think it should be a requirement. Other than that, very happy with his work.

Ken from TDH serviced my boiler and took the time to answer any and all questions I had for him. At no time did he make me feel like my questions were dumb, nor did I feel like he was trying to rush. TDH is a fantastic company to work with, they installed my boiler 2 years ago and have been using them for all my heating and air needs ever since!
