TDH (specifically, Wojciech Wojtowicz of TDH) installed a new heat pump in our condo in Bucktown about a year ago. The space was tight and tough to get to. I wanted to wait a while before submitting a review to see how the new heat pump performed. I forgot to follow up, but was reminded recently when another heating and cooling company (that does bi-annual checks on all units in our building) commented that our heat pump was one of the cleanest/nicest installations they've ever seen. They said specifically that everything was done to a "T," and confirmed that the heat pump was operating very well. Thanks TDH!

From start to finish everything went fast and smooth. Rolando was there promptly at 8am to check on a dinosaur furnace that was extinct long ago. While he offered to try to fix it on the spot, his professional opinion was that it was a Band-Aid solution that would soon fail and besides, the unit was too small to heat the entire space. I decided to replace the furnace. Hector and Julio showed up in the afternoon the same day with the new furnace and installed it within several hours, including new ventilation pipes, gas valves, and ventilation hook-up with customized sheet-metal work. They checked everything to be in working order and cleaned up prior to leaving. My new furnace is awesome, heating even the farthest corners of the house where the prior furnace had difficulty pushing air to. Thank you!!
