We arrived to find no air being push to the third floor. We suspected it had to do with the damper. After investigating further we found two of the three dampers in the house had bad electric motors.
We found unit struggling to lower the home temperature. The unit had a build up of dirt on the coils. After cleaning and servicing the unit we found that it was also low on freon. After adding freon the unit started to properly cool the residence.
