Russ is very professional and personal service person. He called several times letting us know the time line for his arrival. Upon arrival he diagnosed the problem, our AC motor was going out. He ordered the part then returned a week later to install. Russ was a true professional and the price was great! I would definitely recommend using them for your HVAC issues.
