Great on site service. Communication with office needs to be improved.

The on site service tech was great. Very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in the quality of work. Where things fell apart we're follow up with the home office in getting the necessary parts in a timely manner and scheduling the follow up visit, which left us without heat for three days.
