Changed out downstairs system 4 ton Trane 14 seer complete gas system slab coil new drain pan Float switch new gas hose new 14 seer Furnace new Slab coil and new Trane 14 seer condenser with pad.
Found unit heat kit wires were melted due to a electric surge of some sort. Re-wired heating system and put new wire connections together.
