System wasn't cooling efficiently,Brian came out and checked it.
Customer called and said the unit was not working. The error code found said the high voltage wires were switched. Switched the wires and the unit started working fine.
Checked system and system is running very well at this time, filter was changed out.
A.c. frozen inside home, possibly low on freon. Replaced control board and blower motor under warranty brand name carrier job complete unit is running at this time customer will call if issue continues.
