James was pleasant and most professional and checked the system out. However, our unit which is a Bryant Evolution, James said he had not worked on over the past 15 years. Why did Thigpen service send him instead of someone with experience in our HVAC. I signed a service contract and hope if there is a repair needed, that you will send a service technician familiar with the Evolution.
