AC Maintenance completed on 10yr 3 ton Maytag Split gas Trane garage system; ran to cool at 17 degree split; 410 pressure good; existing 20 x 30 x 1 pleated Honeywell filter in good condition; clear condensation drain line; cleaned condenser coil; all components operating properly within manufacturer specifications; no recommendations at this time
AC Maintenance completed on 5 yr split gas 4ton Carrier closet unit; existing 20 x 30 x 1 pleated filter in place is in good condition; there is no condensation drain line clean out port, recommend installing a clean out port and evaporator coil cleaning in place, cleaned condenser coil; recommend installing Hard start kit and surge protection.
AC Maintenance completed on 7 yr 5 ton split gas Trane garage unit; replaced 20 x 25 x 1 filter; clear condensation drain line; cleaned condenser coils; recommended installing a compressor Hard Start Kit to increase efficiency an extend life of compressor.
Preformed a whole house plumbing inspection on the customers home. Ran faucet and showers as well as flushed all the toilets in the home. The home’s plumbing is in great condition and there is nothing to report. All drains are working as expected. The water heater is 2 years old.
Customer has a tiny drip coming from the master shower head. They will be purchasing the cartridge and having us install it.
Inspection was done on existing water heater and surrounding room to determine eligibility for a hybrid water heater. Will send estimates for approval. M
Heating maintenance on a five year old Amana furnace. System had a high temp rise ( over 20 degrees) found higher than rated gas pressures at manifold both high and low. Adjusted gas pressures and this helped lower the temp rise but will have to return to adjust the fan speeds as this units fan speeds are adjusted through an application.
Failed smart hub, hub would drop thermostat voltage over time. Replaced thermostat and hub under parts warranty.
Heating maintenance and safety inspection completed on 10yr Lennox 4 ton furnace; filter in good condition; recommend keeping purchased filter for AC maintenance; all components operating properly and within manufacturer specifications; no further recommendations at this time.

Thompson plumbing provided estimate to install tankless water heater.
Thompson provided a estimate to lower waterlines and reconnect to fire sprinkler and domestic meters. Customer is shopping around. If she cannot find any one cheaper she will call us back to schedule for install.
Heater: found debris and a nail in the inducer motor housing. Removed and cleaned and now the noise no longer exists. Performed the cooling maintenance on a 10 yr old maytag unit. System has no issues or any recommendations at this point.
