Failed blower motor on a 4 yr old ac pro furnace. Disconnected power to the unit.
Cooling maintenance on two 3 yr old Bryant condensing units. Unit 1 is running within specs, unit 2 is low on charge.
Disconnected outdoor fan wire, reconnected fan wire and tightened connection. Checked temp spilt noticed it was low, checked refrigerant charge and it was low. Added refrigerant and also advised customer the metering device is not functioning properly. Advised ac replacement of the metering devices fails.
Repaired leaking lineset, pressure tested system vacuumed and performed decay test and weighed in factory charge. System is now functioning.

After coming, I seen that there’s been a lot of corrosion on the connection of the supply lines on top of the water heater, and I also noticed that they used galvanized to hook up the The 1 gallon pressure tank above the heater. I need to replace the three-quarter tee, the galvanized piping and also the supply lines. Ps also the circulating pump is hooked up and properly got the wrong check valves and it slanted to the side and it also has pecks
Removed thermostat programs as there was an issue with the system randomly turning on. Found that the main thermostat has been replaced to a Honeywell t stat and now the slave thermostat in the master bedroom no longer functions as it is missing the master thermostat for communication. Found water in the secondary drain pan and noticed the primary drain line to be sloping uphill and this was corrected. Tested system cooling and system functioned throughout all test. There is no safety switch as the secondary is piped out doors. Walked customer through thermostat functions and they were aware of the functions. Possible intermittent issue that is not showing at the moment. Also checked refrigerant charge for low cut out issues and found that was within tolerances.
Came to look at the water heater and it’s over 10 years old and it’s electric so I’m leaving an estimate for a tankless water heater with a 25 year warranty The water heater now is too old to replace parts on it or try to put some money into it at this age I will also give you an estimate for a standard electric water heater. I did suggest a heat pump, but after investigating there’s not enough room for putting a heat pump in

Replaced weak run cap and added a compressor saver kit. Tested system and system is functioning. Did notice before replacing components the compressor did not start on the first try again. Possible compressor replacement in the future.
Upon arrival, before beginning repair, I had a thorough conversation with Julia about the potential of compressor failure after the repair order is complete, due to compressor running for extended period of time without CFM operation; Recommended replacing AC and sent proposal to email on file to verify our conversation. After replaced Condenser Fan Motor and Contactor Relay, ran system to Cool; Compressor failure; recommended replacement; proposal signed for 4 ton M Series Condenser and matching coil; 7/18 & 7/19 are good for Julia; call to schedule;
No Cool diagnostic found system operational; unit is 5 yrs and improperly sized at 3.5 ton and zoned for two zones; home requires 5 ton system; recommended replacement
Refrigerant leak at the flare connections behind the head unit upstairs. Unit will need to be removed to fix the connection.
