Excellent service -- Ty was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the repair options and maintenance suggestions. Much appreciated!
Dylan was not only professional, but personable. I was a bit surprised at the cost to level the A/C unit, so that is the reason for the 4 star rating below.
Kel was good listener and fairly informed me of my options to repair faucet. Definitely would use him and business he represents again.
Quick and efficient. Was able to do some extra above and beyond service while he was here.
Thompson Plumbing customer service was professional. We explained our situation which included difficulty turning on one of our bathroom faucets as well as our rain shower head which was spraying in numerous directions. They sent Kel Riks and he immediately diagnosed the problem as the hard water we all have which was causing falsification in the pipes. He offered a less expensive solution and then the option of a whole house filter. We chose the latter and are very happy we did.
He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining everything to me
Ignacio was very competent, professional and personable. I would highly recommend him.
Wall heater was not lighting and when inspecting the unit I noticed the thermostat wiring was not correct, the thermocouple was dirty and needed to be cleaned and the pilot flame was weak. Further inspection showed heavy corrosion on the burners themselves and burner connections to the unit. Noticed corrosion forming on the heat exchanger seams also. Given the unit is 19 yrs old replacement is the best option vs repairs.
Communication error on a log mini split system from 2015. Recommend replacement vs repair because of the estimated cost to replace pcb boards, wait time and average life span of a mini split unit.
