Latest need to call on Thompson was water heater quit and was leaking water thru the door at its front. When I called and spoke to Will he set up an immediate appointment and the tech would be here in about 20 minutes! Ignacio arrived exactly as promised and proceeded to determine the problem. The 20 year old water heater was finally in need of being replaced! Ramon arrived with the new unit and together they proceeded to remove the old and install the new unit. Then they checked all the faucets to make sure they were responsive before they left. Thank you Will ,Ignacio, and Ramon for such a speedy recovery!

Bought the system from Thompson *Heating*Air Conditioning and they installed it on 10/18/2022. At my request, they came back to make some additional changes that I requested during 2023. Today Ty came out to perform the annual maintenance on the A/C. As I expected, everything checked out OK and there were no outstanding issues. Ty gave me some additional tips on what I could do to ensure the system stays in tip top running condition.

11 yr old Goodman furnace. System is operating within specs. Recommend a blower wheel cleaning. Recommend replacement of the asbestos flue venting and adding a sediment trap to the furnace gas line. Customer is aware of the ducting condition in the attic

Heating and cooling maintenance completed on 9 yr Carrier gas attic furnace and 3 ton air conditioning; replaced 20 x 20 x 1 and 20 x 30 x 1 pleated filters provided by homeowner; checked and cleared condensation drain line; cleaned condenser coil; recommend hard start kit for condenser and surge protection.
Preformed a whole house plumbing inspection on the customers home. Ran faucet and showers as well as flushed all the toilets in the home. The home’s plumbing is in great condition and there is nothing to report. All drains are working as expected. The water heater is 2 years old.

Thompson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning came to meet with Sara regarding her kitchen faucet. Kitchen faucet no longer swivels, she received repair parts from Delta and also bought a new faucet. She did receive a verbal estimate from Hanna Plumbing, $140 an hour to repair or replace kitchen faucet. Sarah did not want to proceed with us for repairs due to pricing
Return visit to install gas control valve provided by manufacturer to client. Replaced gas control valve per manufacturer technical support, once part was installed reignited water heater and is working as designed. The inspector found some plumbing issues that need to be resolved. 1. There are 2 leaks according to the inspector coming from the master shower. According to the inspector they appear to be coming from the shower head connections. 2. There is a steep slope in one of the drain lines underneath the home and needs to be corrected. According to the picture it appears to be on a 2 inch abs drain line. There is also an incorrect band connecting the drain line that needs to be replaced.
8yr old Goodman unit. Issue was the condenser fan motor.
Work under warranty Thompson plumbing removed leaking trap. Checked plastic threads. Threads appear to be fine. Installed trap. Ran water for over 5 min to test. Ran garbage disposal while running water. No leaks found as of now. Took video. Cleaned up work area. No charge for warranty job.
