Thompson arrived "ahead" of time and their professional team got to work and did so "non-stop" all day finishing a major sewer & drain relining in only 8 hours! I was simply amazed as I witnessed the work. At the end, they showed me the video as the camera traversed the pipe 100ft. The relining looked perfect! Looks better than new! 6 y.o Client called us out today due to no cooling for AC. Client states another company had been out to perform maintenance check in the spring. After inspection found wiring to secondary motor control was detached. Fixed wiring and cycled system. System is now operational and cooling the home. Client reports “vibration” noise came back approximately two weeks ago, during today’s visit was unable to duplicate concern after running both lavatory faucets, Roman tub as well and shower on hot + cold. If concern become more frequent and is solely related to shower, will recommend to replace shower valve.

26 y.o Client called us out today due to water coming out of secondary condensation line. Inspected evaporator coil in the attic and found A-frame coil was completely impacted with dirt and debris. Filter was also extremely dirty. Advised cleaning evaporator coil and clearing out primary condensation line. Due to the state and age of the system, advised client look at system replacement. Measured out home for 3 1/2 ton system. Client has elected to get other bids. Thompson cannot be held liable for any water damage that may occur. First, we would dig up at clean out then we would have to line the pipe 34 feet out to the street. We also would have to install a new fitting for the washing machine drain that connects near the cleanout we would do is high-pressure Jetter to clear out all debris and then we would scale the pipe de scale it, and we would also go towards the house under 24 feet with a liner because that pipe is cast-iron and it’s in really bad shape and the first fitting what looks like The kitchen With the liner, we do not have to dig up the yard or expose the pipe. We go inside the old pipe and redline the inside of it there is some offsets, but the liner will go through the offsets not a problem. There will be a slight backflow just over the hump but it it’ll be fine. The only other way to get those offsets out would be dig up and put a new sewer and I’ll do a separate estimate for that. Return visit to complete work approved from estimate #46746933. Turned water off to residence, drained system and replaced 7 angle stops to 2 lavatory faucets, 2 toilets & cold side of bar sink. Replaced supply lines aswell, replaced fill valve in powder bathroom toilet. Once work was complete, turned water back on and purged system of air.
