Thought service was good ac was fixed. Was not happy about my humidifier being turned on and the drain pipe getting broke. My carpet got soaked. Fortunately somebody came the next day and fixed it. What I'm am really unhappy about is the fact that my replacement parts were marked up 400%. I found both parts on grainger for around $40-$60 each. I work as a service technician on top of the line cnc machine tools and in our industries spare are generally marked up 20%- 100% not 400%. I will be calling someone else next time I need service on my hvac unit.
