My tech was very thorough, honest and plain spoken. He showed me what needed to be done & gave me all the technical info I was looking for. Very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of my questions. I was happy with the service and discovered the maintenance plan was less than my current one & had better benefits so I switched to Tiger for all our future heating & cooling concerns.
