Bethalto Water said we had a leak on our side of the meter. Joe came out to check on it and he realized it was the toilet tank flange that kept the water running. He didn't have any flanges on his truck. I said I would go to LOWE'S and he advised that if I needed help to replace it, they would send someone to help. Long story short, I had to order the flange from Amazon. Good thing we have 2 toilets.
