I had a frost free pump but it was removed a couple of years ago because it leaked. I contacted Mark the quality assurance manager and he scheduled Zach and Jack to come out and put in a new one. When they dug down to find where the water line was they encountered a section of pipe that had a hole and was leaking. There was another place that would have broken. Now I have a new section of pipe and will have a new frost free pump installed tomorrow. Tiger always comes through for me. From Mark getting the plans in place so the work can be scheduled to Brian the foreman who scheduled the service technicians Zach and Jack to come out and for being available to answer their questions so my work would be done right. If you have any plumbing needs call Tiger. They send the very best out to assist you. What could have been a bad situation with a major underground water leak is now fixed and I can look forward to a new pump install tomorrow. Again I can sleep tonight knowing my plumbing needs are in good hands. Thanks to Mark, Brian, Zach, and Jack!!!!
