We’ve had Tiger for years. In the last 2 weeks we have had so much frustration thinking a huge water leak was due to a hot water heater. A new water heater, 4 super service technicians. And great customer service over the phone whom had to deal with my husbands frustration during this time period. Just today a Supervisor came out and approved another water heater. Pretty much immediately had another brand new water heater and yet 2 more technicians (or angels more like it.) Nick and Michael. As Nick was finishing helping me clean the huge puddle of water after removing the water heater saw that the whole problem was a pipe leaking beside our water heater inside the wall. They not only repaired the broken pipe. They used new parts they already had, installed the water heater, made the wall and pipe look way better than it had. (Even after I told them I didn’t care if they ripped the board down!) didn’t charge anything extra. and all of this was done with excellence, courtesy and a smile on their faces!! What more could anyone ask for? Amazing. Thanks Guys!! Above and beyond excellence!
