Kenny H was friendly from the minute we met him to the minute he left. He was honest and forthright with his opinions of the best service we would do with. He already knew that we were going to have someone come tomorrow to talk to us about a new install so he took his time to get our A/C cleaned so it would run as properly as possible. Kenny H also sold us a Tiger Club Membership and took the time to explain all of its benefits. When he was leaving I asked if he would be doing the install and I was kind of sad it wasn't him because he was such a nice man. Honest. Honest. Honest. I liked his communication skills.
