We woke up to a broken well inlet pipe that spraying well water in our finished lower level. The water was over an inch deep in our furnace area n flowing over into our storage area to under the house circuit box. I could not chance standing in water n shutting off circuits 9 n 11. So I called your emergency service at 7:00 am n Andy was here by 8 am. My wife n I used old rugs n towels to build a dam at the storage doorway to push flow to the water heater drain about 8’ from the burst pipe. I kept squeegeeing the water to the drain till Andy shut off the circuits, stopping water flow. Curt n Andy came n decided what needed to be done n what replacement parts to use or make. Today Curt n Tom jr spent several hours to be do this repair. With no water, we had to stay in a motel n eat at local restaurants. By 2:00 today we are back in our dry home n are back to normal “operations”. Thank you Curt n Tom n Johnson Bros for the excellent response.
